General Rules & Guidelines

  • Teams must be formed by students from the same college. However, members may be from different departments within that institution.
  • LOGIN is exclusively for postgraduate (PG) students. Undergraduate (UG) students are not eligible to participate. Any UG student found registering for LOGIN events will be subject to disqualification.
  • Meals and refreshments will be provided only on the days of your participation in the respective events.
  • Accommodation will be provided based on specific eligibility criteria and is subject to availability and approval by the organizing committee.
  • Travel allowance is available under certain conditions and will be granted as per the guidelines set by the organizers.

Accommodation Guidelines

  • Participants registered for the Idea Quest Hackathon are eligible for accommodation from 19th September 2025 (morning) to 21st September 2025 (morning).
  • Participants registered only for other events (excluding the hackathon) are eligible for accommodation from 20th September 2025 (morning) to 21st September 2025 (morning).
  • Only Idea Quest Hackathon participants will be provided accommodation on 19th September 2025. Accommodation for other event participants begins on 20th September 2025.
